Have you ever wondered about thought itself? Everything we create, question, desire, or fear begins there. In thought. Every story, invention, relationship, or belief is shaped first in the unseen realm of the mind.
But what is thought?
It cannot be touched or weighed. It takes up no space, and yet it shapes entire worlds. Likewise, it doesn’t belong to matter, yet it moves matter. The thought goes through the brain, but it's not the brain. It flows through neurons, perhaps, but they do not define it. Thought precedes language, yet finds its voice in it. It arrives uninvited sometimes, as if from somewhere beyond us.
How does it appear in us at all?
We treat it as ordinary because it’s always present. But the existence of thought, the fact that we can reflect, wonder, imagine, and even question our thinking, is astonishing. We are not just reacting beings. We are reasoning, dreaming, choosing ones.
Its presence alone hints that we were meant for more than function or instinct. The very fact that we can ponder our existence points to something more than mere biology. Thought is immaterial, but undeniably real. It is a kind of echo of something greater, something beyond the merely physical. Perhaps even a hint of the image we bear.
And that, truly, is mind-boggling.
It is too sacred to have no origin.
Too magnificent to be self-born.
Too wondrous to exist without pointing back to a source even greater than thought itself.
